Well, I am fed up with myself. :growlmad: I really need to get rid of all this extra weight I am carrying.
I am tired of having no energy... Climbing my stairs kicks my ass everyday. So I am starting this to hold myself accountable to everything I do. From how long I sit on my butt, to how long I am active, to what I eat good or bad... Maybe writing it out will help me make a change.

I am going to start it seriously tomorrow... 2/22. I will write as often as I can and try to keep track of what I do during the day.

Height: 5ft 4in
Starting weight... 205lbs
Goal weight... 135lbs

70lbs to go...

Goals...

Get under 200lbs

Get to 180lbs

Get to 150lbs

Get to 135lbs

Feel strong again

Have my now jeans fall off someday

Feel good about myself and what I am wearing.

Post before pictures within the next week.

Good Luck! Are you following a specific diet plan, or just eating more sensibly? Im also trying to kick the flab, eating sensibly too, since its Lent Ive decided to stop eating butter (I had A LOT), sparingly eat bread (so will have muesli rather than sandwich for lunch), and drinking LOADS of water (trying 6+ pints a day), oh and no alcohol either. Will be following your journal!
:flower:

Right now I am just working on my eating habits, more fresh food, less bread, more whole wheat. i am worried I will gain the weight back if I go on a "real" diet.

And okay... I did not start on Monday... Lol

Today was my first real day working out, I am doing ballet conditioning. I did it for an hour, and really feel like I did something. I am just not overly sore.
On Saturday I will be adding a 20 minute body shred to the conditioning.
I really believe the key to losing weight and keeping it off is to build muscle so that you keep burning.

I have upped my protein intake quite a bit also. I make sure everything I eat has some kinda of protein so all this extra working out builds more muscle.

I have been eating better for 4 days, slowly cutting out things like pop and candy, I bought some better things for when I am craving sweets.

Today when I weighed myself I was 198lbs. I dunno if it a fluke or not.

So current weight: 198lbs
Start weight: 205lbs

First goal down: Under 200 lbs YAY

Onto tomorrow, will post after my workout. :)

Today I feel like someone hit me with a truck... My legs are so SO sore, as is my lower back, tummy, ect.
I am sitting here staring down my workout stuff... I wonder who will win?:winkwink:
It wins, so yeah I need to workout and kill myself further...
200 cal for breakfast... not to bad...

Though my body is still SCREAMING in pain from working muscles I have not worked in, well, a long time, I stuck it out again this morning and put myself through the torment.
The stairs in my house are not some ungodly form of torment that I hate walking up and down because my legs hurt so bad. LOL

Honestly though I love the way I feel after working out in the morning... I just feel better about my whole day. Even though I am sore, it is a good sore.

My body has gotten a bit used to what I am putting it through on a daily basis. I feel strong everyday, find things I can do better, longer, more often everyday...
I am still sore, but it is not bad and def worth the way i am feeling right now.
After every workout I feel so pumped I feel like I could take on the world.

In my honest opinion working out is alomst an addiction. I get such a high after I am done and it lasts for hours.

I have also noticed my moods leveling off and I am not of the edge of depression like I was before.

Todays Current Pics...
I am bloated because the witch has me, but all around I think I see some difference.
