My story and looking for ttc buddies

Hi I'm new to this site. I have joined for support as i'm feeling low with the disappointment of so many bfn.

I have pcos and was diagnosed with this when I was a teenager. I have been on the pill for 7 years and stopped taking this beginning dec 2010 and have been trying to conceive since.

I now go to a infertility clinic and have had blood tests, internal uss and hsg. My OH has had 1 semen test and has yet to do another one and then our apt for all our results and plan is the end of July.

I'm feeling low because already it seems like its been a long time waiting. We are still very much actively ttc (having sex every other day) but because i'm not having periods keep convincing my self i'm pregnant then get yet another bfn.

I know/hope my bfp day will come, but i'm scared because I know this is only the beginning of what might be a long and painful journey for us and already i'm struggling.

At least when we are eventually blessed with a baby we will really appreciate it.

Sorry to blap on and moan but i wondered if anyone else has pcos or going through the same process so we can provide each other with support.

Very sorry to hear of your struggles so early on I have a cousin (2 years younger than me and I am 25 going on 26) who has PCOS and has 2 beautiful children! She wasn't TTC, they just happened. So, there is light at the end of the tunnel!

I too had an HSG done just recently and was VERY painful due to a blockage which they flushed out. Tubes are clear and ready to go! DH and I have just began our BDing 3 days ago, so we hope this is our month. We have been trying for just over 3 years now with no luck as of yet.

The best thing to do, is to relax and have fun. The more you stress over it or make it a chore, the less likely it will happen. I know sometimes it is hard because men just don't understand just how time sensitive our little eggs are! So, sometimes you gotta say "HEY! I'm ovulatin' here!" . But, for the most part, make it fun. Dress up sexy and surprise him one day .

i have been trying for nearly a year and have just had my 1st appointment with fertility doctor, am waiting to go and have my 1st day21 bloods done.

so i have all this a head of me, it is hard long time trying for a baby, but you are getting the help which can only mean that you are being 1 step closer to falling pregnant.

Hey, i was just diagnosed with PCOS a few weeks ago, went and saw the fertility Spec, and waiting to do all those tests before we begin treatment, im just waiting for AF to make an appearance, and i know how it feels, me and my DH baby dance every other day JUSR INCASE i ovulate, but i know i dont, and the BFN do get to you, and we dont get a chance like everyone else each month!. you are at the right place though there are lots of wonderful ladies on here with PCOS and this site has made a ton of difference on the stress level of TTC! if you ever need to chat inbox me!!! i would love to talk!!!!!

Hi ladies my name is Betty and like you all I am too FTC with no luck.
Have been married for 3 years and have been trying actively since the beginning of last year. Found out I had endometreosis stage 3 and had it all removed in august last year.
Tubes were all clear and still no baby
Started my first round of clomid last month days 5-9, had blood test day 21 to check my progesterone levels which came back at 70 so I thought I had a good chance this month but AF arrived today so I guess I have to try again this month.
I'm a bit over trying so I hope the clomid works for us.
