Wow. Sidney is exactly like this but we've never come across any other kids the same at the groups we go to!
Snack time, song time, structured crafting activities all have him acting like a maniac! We tried the library story time twice.. OMG he was like a raving lunatic in a room full of angelic well behaved kids!
Structured activities at home don't end well either, like drawing for instance. Attention spans lasts about 5-10 minutes, then he'll get annoyed about something and eat the pens or start colouring in the curtains or the baby's eyeballs or something.....
