My tooth!

Basicly when I was pregnant I had so many problems with my teeth. I had to have one taken out I also had a gold crown on one of my back teeth. This morning half of that tooth has broken off! So I can see the inside bit of the crown! It's not hurting but I don't think it will be long untill it falls out! I've always had problems with it I can't bite on that side because I get a sharp pain. I am terrified of the dentist so I'm really worrying I'm going to have to have it pulled out! Anyone had similar? x
