Well, inspired by everyone elses weight loss journals I decided to do my own too! :happydance:

My goal is to lose 69 pounds in total, so far I have lost 52 pounds. I didn't start watching what I ate until January and I officially started weightwatchers classes in March.



Anyway, I thought I'd ask for some support in the best place I know! I weigh in every Tuesday, so wish me luck girls!!!!! :blush:

Week 1 10/03/2009 -4 pounds
Week 2 17/03/2009 -1.5 pounds

Week 3 24/03/2009 -4.5 pounds
Week 4 31/03/2009 +3 pounds
Week 5 07/04/2009 -4 pounds
Week 6 14/04/2009 -0.5 pounds

Did 30 mins Tae Bo today, sat on the sofa doing nothing now... think I might get on my bike!!!!................ x x

I started dieting in jan, lost around the same margin.
I get married in June, so i understand the panic!!
 
aww thanks guys well i got off my bum last night and did 20 mins on the bike - i know its not that long but a few weeks ago i could barely manage 5...lol i was so unfit! So I earned 7.5 points yesterday altogether - whoop whoop! :) drinking tons of water and trying to get my % or more F&V per day - the nice weather helps I reckon! x x
 
well done you :) i've just started ww again! sounds like you're doing fab hon :)
 
keep up good work hun and 20 mins is better then none....quite cool a few of us on weight watchers....maybe we shud start a thred with tips etc and does n donts n a place t generally moan wen we have used them all up lol xx
 
Well we stuck to points on Mothers Day but had some vino so I'm a bit nervous about weigh in. I'm saving 4 points today tomorrow and Wednesday and exercising Tae Bo and Bike too for my Birthday Thursday and cinema and going out at the weekend to celebrate - eek! I hope I lose this week! lol x x
 
feeling really crap and negative about weigh in tonight for some reason. My hubby weighs in at home in the mornings and he lost 4 1/2 lb this week! I was supposed to be doing my exercise today but I have zero momentum :-( x x

Aww thanks I WAS pleasantly surprised.. I lost 4 1/2 pounds!!! Yaaay all my water and exercise must have paid off :)

It's my birthday this week so I'm going to go for a small loss so I can have a nice birthday meal.

Made some low point fairy cakes instead of a regular birthday cake to reduce the temptation - 2 points each :)
