My weightloss journey in pictures!

I just wanted to share my weightloss so far.
I am 10lb off my target ( its not my ideal weight but its feasible for me and my height, I will be a nice size 12 which is perfect for me),I am thrilled with my progress. I gained 4 stone in pregnancy, and have so far lost 4stone, but I want to shift a bit extra to go with it.
2 stone of the weight I have lost I did on the cambridge diet, which is what I am still doing now. I lost my first 2 stone by eating less but it eventually stopped so I needed to take other measures to lose the last bit, which is why I started the cambridge diet.
Here are my pics, before and afters..
It is possible to lose the baby weight... you just get left with a bit of a kangaroo pouch, or the ''beautiful scars of motherhood' as I like to kid myself with lol.

jelous! i did the cambridge diet a couple of yrs bk and lost 3.5 stone, put it all bk on and some more but id do it again if i had the money and i wasnt bfing. Well done! x

You look fab, i put on 4 stone when preg with my daughter, lost 4 stone plus more on CD and maintained for 3 years until i got preg again, iv gained 3 stone already so looks like another 4 stone gain, i will be back on CD again soon as i can, you should be very pleased with yourself CD is a very hard diet, but gives fab results in such a short space of time x
