Re: the comment about comparing the surrogate to an animal - well it's true isn't it? His point was that he is completely powerless and couldn't do anything but sit and wait, which is understandable imo - I've not heard any parents to be not get impatient when the due date is fast approaching.

And re: the comment about adoption being an option if one of the babies was down syndrome...I'm absolutely positive they're not the only people in the world to consider that as an option, and it certainly doesn't make them bad people or parents or anything.

I loved the programme, and I love those guys for sticking to their guns and going ahead and creating the family they want despite the stupid laws in this country
