I'm not positive I even belong here anymore as I haven't been trying long for a second child, but it took 4 or 5 years and 2 losses before I finally got control of my pcos and was able to have my daughter.

I was able to go straight to a fertility specialist because of my past infertility. I'll be doing a medicated cycle (femera) and then an hsg/saline sono. The dr suspects fibroids based off of a recent ultrasound, but wants to give me a chance to try femera since we're on a bit of a time crunch (dh is in the military). Has anyone had these removed? Could you tell me your experience?

It all depends on how many and what size. I had a 2.2cm which was removed through hysteroscopy. I also had a polyp removed the same way a few years ago. Both procedures went smoothly ( you are under anesthesia and recovery was like a reallllly heavy period. It has not helped me conceive though, so far.

Hi, I hand an endrometrial resections to remove a fibroid. It was small but was causing heavy persistent menstrual bleeding. Recovery was a few weeks. But I had a hysteroscopy earlier that month as well so 2 anesthetics in on month took it toll.
Bleeding has reduced. I went private. NHS only offered me the coil to help with the bleeding. Don't think it will do me any good with TTC.
Good luck.
