Is it okay to use nail polish during the first trimester?

I do have opi and essie which are free of the 3 main harmful chemicals.

Not sure of nail polishes, but one of the first things my doctor said to me after confirming the pregnancy way "Yes, you can get your nails done. That's one of the most common questions I get."
