For a girl we want Peyton Amore. But we aren't sure on spelling. Peyton, in my opinion, is slightly masculinely spelled. We have come up with:
Payton
Peyton
Peitton
Paitton
Peighton

Or we may use Kaylynn Eliza. So for the spellings we have:
Kaylynn
Kailynn
Kailyn

For boys we have Brendan Joseph, basically easy to spell :).

For the other boy name we have Colby. So we came up with:
Colby
Kolby
Colbie

If you have any more spellings or want to tell me which ones you like, please do!!! Thank you :)!

I love Peyton, it was on my name list but hubby didn't like it and with our surname it would've been a bit too much lol!

Kailynn is lovely too but would get shortened to Kay (or is it pronounced Ky-lyn?!) which I don't like lol!

I like Brendan but prefer Colby!

Imo Payton is the more masculine spelling and Peyton feminine, dunno why but that is how I read it.

I like Kailyn or Kailynn for the spelling of that name, and Colby spelt that way :)

I like Payton and Paitton! I quite like Peighton too.

There is 2 paytons near me 1 of each sex.

Kaylynn is nice but some people are bound to say " caitlyn " , For the spelling though i think kaylynn is best, kailynn or kailyn will get " ky-lynn " not " kay-lynn " .

What about kaelyn? or kaylin?

I prefer colby to brendan tbh & the spelling colby i like better than the other 2 choices x

I would definitely stick with the Peyton spelling!

I love the name Peyton, and I would stick with the "Peyton" spelling. I agree, PAYTON is more masculine to me.. with Kailyn.

And I like it "Kolby".. Colby reminds me of the cheese and I like the Y ending better than the IE.

I think you know which name I prefer from looking at my signature!

I tried to come up with a diff spelling too, but after I thought for a while...Peyton is not a very common name yet, at least here, so my thinking was "why take a unique name and change it up even more?"

I think Peyton looks more feminine as opposed to Payton. That's why I chose it.

To me, with the spelling 'Peighton,' I just see the P, I and G so close together that 'PIG' comes to mind. Wouldn't want my daughter associated with a piggy. :haha:

That's just my view, I think parents should name there child whatever they like.

I agree. I like the Peyton spelling and think it is feminine like that and still not strange where she will always have to spell it out.

I like the normal Peyton spelling best, although i prefer the name Kailynn (and this is how i would spell it) over Peyton. I much prefer Brendan over Colby! Ha... these are just my opinions!

We found a new name to fall in love with. . .Kherrington. Sigh. Baby name picking is HARD!!!!!

But we are debating with Peyton or Kherrington and Brendan and Colby. Which do you like?

Peyton
Kailynn
Kolby

Are the choices I think are best

If you're going for an unusual name, I would stick with its most usual spelling. Otherwise your child will spend a lot of time spelling it out to people, which can be annoying. I guess it's your child that will have to live with the name so I would think of them when choosing.

peyton is my next child if its a girl lol i LOVE it
