Names have been picked!! Wanna share?!

We have Kayleigh Patricia Ann (Patricia for my sister aunt and a dear friend)for a girl and Christopher Michael(michael is oh first name)for a boy

It's a boy (which meant name debate! We had a girls name ready - Emily - but boys names are hard for us. We just don't agree!)

Anyway we finally have the name and he's being called Jayce Dean or Jayce Daniel (middle name undecided yet).

Ahhhh! I'm trying to convince the OH to call ours Jace if it's a boy, or Nate!

Nice names! I love hearing what others are going to call their children.

My husband and I had a tough time agreeing on boys names but have two girls names and LO turned out to be a girl :)

Our two names are:
Sloane Teresa (Teresa after my Spanish grandmother and his favorite aunt)
Or
Mila Teresa

We like both names a lot and will chose one as her arrival gets closer!

Everlong: After my favorite Foo Fighters song. This was also our wedding song. We've been waiting a long time for this little one, so the first line, "Hello, I've waited here for you...everlong" is just perfect. And yeah, we've heard the "sounds like a porn star name" deal; yeah well. Lol.

I *love* this! My DH made me a mix CD when we first got together and this was one of the songs on it - we also had it at our wedding too. Not sure if I could get away with it as a middle name but kudos to you!

I'm LOVING these names! I love how they're all so unique and sweet.

Sometimes I wonder about Lily being so young sounding on a grown woman -- and then at work I had to call in for support and the voice on the other line was named Lily and it just sounded so refreshing and soft.

We even thought about Eva and Ava, but decided against it.

Scarlett has ALWAYS been a front runner for me, but my ex and I had picked that name for our pregnancy that sadly ended in a miscarriage.

Love the names! I think we are going with Luke Adrian for our little man.

We have chosen Heidi Jayne for our baby girl :)

Heidi as neither of us know a Heidi, feel its quite unique and timeless. Suits a baby, child, adult and elderly woman lol

Jayne as middle name as its mine, my mothers and my nanas :)

for our girls name we've almost certainly decided to name her:

Lilah Mae surname.

Lilah is a soft pretty name thats not popular here at all. OH loves Lily which she will be called by us but i wanted something that stood out a little more as lily is extremely popular here and iv a good friend Lil. Mae is after my 90 yr old grandmother who is one of a kind!! she is so full of life and has always been a great support to me!

If this is a boy we're in trouble as we cant agree at all! I think James will probably be his middle name after my OH bestfriend who passed away 4yrs ago. its also my grandfathers name and OHs brothers name!

Loving all the names you've chosen they are beautiful!!xx

With our daughter we had a girls name picked out with no budging we KNEW her name before she was conceived and also the same this time with a little boy... It's just fate to know the name before you know the sex. I bet you're having a girl because of this :winkwink:

Fantastic names!!

We've ALMOST decided. :)

For a boy either Miles Anderson or Rhys Anderson

For a girl Amelia Rose

Since the very start iv been convinced we're having a little girl! Hope your right as the name is just perfect to me :-D

Everly rose for a girl or Joseph Gabriel for a boy. My DH is called Joseph so is his dad grandad great grandad and so on.

We have chosen Eloise for our baby girl. No reason, just love the name. Not common here either. Not sure on the middle name yet :( I like Eloise Grace, think it will have to be one syllable for sure. Any ideas for me ? ;)

We're team yellow too so if it's a boy it will be
Jake - the name we've had picked for our boy for about 10 years!
Ronald - After my dad
Michael - After OH's grandad

And if it's a girl :
Holly - A nice, festive name we agreed on (we have trouble with girls names)
Gwendoline - After my late auntie who was like a second mum to me
I haven't got a second middle name yet, possibly Jade as Jessica seems to think that's what we're going to call her baby sister, yep she's convinced it's a girl too!

Jessica's middle names are Norma (after my late mum) and Margaret (after Shaun's mum), She'll love us for that in a few years I'm sure haha!

Soooo...We have

Jacob-Lee for our boy and i would put thousands on saying were having a boy :cloud9::flower: (Wont find out for another 5 weeks).

&&

Kaitlyn-Grace for a girly :cloud9::flower:

<3

We have chosen Eloise for our baby girl. No reason, just love the name. Not common here either. Not sure on the middle name yet :( I like Eloise Grace, think it will have to be one syllable for sure. Any ideas for me ? ;)

Eloise May
Eloise Faye
Eloise Shae (see a theme here lol)
Eloise Ivy
Eloise Nicole
Eloise Lea
Eloise Rose
Eloise Jane

Canon Joseph for our lil boy :)

Joseph is a family name ( DH middle name n his grandparents)
Canon becuz we love that its different and with me and DH's names being so common (jeasica) i just could not do that to my child hehe (i think there were at least 3 jessica's in every class, club or job i was in)

We think Peanut is most likely a girl, but we have names picked out for both genders...

-Elizabeth Vega "Evie" [surname]

Elizabeth: my late grandmother's name and my middle name. Later in life, she has virtually limitless nicknames...Liz, Beth, Liza, Eliza, etc.

Vega: one of the brightest stars in our galaxy. OH is really into astronomy.

Evie: the baby's nickname. Comes from her initials.

-John "Jack" Walden [surname]

John: OH's dad's name

Walden: the book by Thoreau. I HATE that Ashton Kutcher's character has this name on Two and a Half Men. But I love this name too much to pass it up.

I was really surprised at how adamant my husband was about naming. I had names picked out and he always threw around names that sounded like a complete joke.

Turns out my husband's names weren't jokes. They were just awful. Luckily he sold the naming rights of his first born child to his best friend 15 years ago for $50. At first, this pissed me off. Then I talked to Joe and turns out his names are WAY better than my husband's. My husband is a super stickler for rules, following through and the like. So I told him "A deal's a deal!". These certainly aren't the names I dreamed of as a kid, but they make everyone happy.

We FINALLY decided and we've ended up with...

Crasher Joseph John

Crasher A name that my husband and his best friend picked out a million years ago
Joseph Husband's long time best friend.
John My dad :)

Coral Louise

Coral Our last name sounds like "see" and husband thought it would be cute. I liked it and Joe gave it the OK since he loves puns and I nixed Josephina.
Louise After my most amazing great-grandmother. Taught blind people how to roller skate as a special ed PE teacher, was among the first women to graduate from Bama and told a police officer off so badly that he left when trying to arrest her for teaching black people to read on her porch. I think it's an adorable old-fashioned name.

We're going for uncommon names. We're pretty sure it's going to be a boy. The only name we both like so far is Gage Gordon (Gordon after his late grandpa, our last name starts with a B, no worries haha). He will go by just Gage. We also like Jack...but that's my parent's dog's name! Ahh!

For a girl we have a few ideas:
Cambrie Grace
Alia Grace
Avery Grace - our favorite

We need more uncommon/unique ish boy names!
