Pierre wakes up for a feed normally at about 7am and I change his nappy and its really full off pee. So much so that sometimes it's leaked onto his clothes and bed. I always change his nappy last thing at night before he goes to sleep so what can I do? Especially when he sleeps in longer than 7am.

I've tried all the nappies I can think of and pampers seem to be the best but still can leak.

I've personally not used them but i have heard some of the others talikng about pampers baby dry x x

I use pampers baby dry for the night time, they work quite well, we have only had a few accidents where she has slept forever

I got a packet of pampers extra-dry for my baby shower and when I used those i had no problems. Just can't seem to find them any where though. I'm now using the Pampers 3-way active fit and the huggies gold. Both seem to be working fine.

Hey hun i had the same problem...i have started to use pampers dry now...however they still leak...i don't know what to try next...Goodluck hun xx

Get a couple wool diaper covers.

It's what cloth diapering families use for extra heavy wetters. Wool can absorb 35% of it's weight in moisture and still feel dry.

You needn't wash it every day either as the natural fibers and the lanonlin treatment is antibacterial and dirt repellent.

Wool diaper covers are soft and flexible and are good at pulling all that moisture from baby's skin.

They are pricey, but you only need two for rotation purposes. You want to completely air dry one while wearing the other.

If it's only urine, they can be washed and treated once every few weeks.

You can use them right over the disposables... they are basically just clothes.

Love the woolies

Google the following for lots of purchasing options: wool longies, wool shorties, woolies, diaper covers etc.

I had this problem with mine and went through everything until someone suggested Tescos own. They've been dry at night ever since.

Maybe try a plastic nappie cover you put on top? xx

I use pampers baby dry at night and they work great.

I also use Pampers Baby Dry at night, and we actually have switched to using them during the day as well, since we just really like them. Since Erica has started to sleep through the night more, we just change her right before bed around 10, and again whenever she wakes up, which is usually around 6am. They keep her really dry, she only had one diaper rash, and that was when we came home from the hospital.

Pampers baby dry are a God send, we always had wet clothes at night until we switched 7 months ago, I will never use anything else, I have also heard Boots own are very good.

try some flat terry towelling nappies with the booster pads you can get in boots and a liner sheet over the booster.
Hmmm maybe you could use the booster in a pampers?

some great suggestions ladies :) afraid i have none! we have always found pampers work for us through the night. :)

morrisons own are great, before we found them we used huggies at night and they soaked through every time

Thanks everyone. I'm glad I'm not the only one who this happens to. I feel so guilty in the mornings when I pick him up and he has a bulging nappy and damp sleepsuit.

i got up in the night for months and months to change rhys' nappy!!

We had a terrible problem with Madison's night-time nappies! We were using Pampers or Huggies during the day with no problem, but as soon as she could sleep through the night, at about 5 months, she would wake up wet every morning.

Upon advice we got a packet of "Nature Babycare" nappies from Boots, and they are brill!!!! We've never had a night-time leak since!!! They are a bit dearer than other nappies but definately worth it. Hope that helps!

i use pampers baby dry at night and we have had no leaks x
