How old is your baby and how often and for how long do they nap?

I've forgotten when my DS went to regular naps. My DD has 2 hours awake time and naps for between 20 mins and 2 hours.

My baby is almost seven months and naps three times a day. Once in a blue moon, he'll skip his last nap but then go to bed early. They are very inconsistent, so I can't really time them. They range anywhere from twenty minutes to two hours.

Neither of my boys really got into a napping "schedule" until they were 4 or 5 months old. The first few months it was kind of all over the place. The first consistent nap that I noticed was a longer morning one a couple hours after they work up (usually slept 1.5 hours).

By the time they were 6 or 7 months they were having 3 consistent naps a day (awake at 7am, nap#1: 9-10:30am, nap#2: 12:30-2pm, nap#3:4-5pm, bed by 7:30pm). By 9/10 months both had dropped the 3rd nap with a longer second nap, and the morning nap was dropped around 15/16 months.

Good luck!!

My dd3 is 10 months and naps once or twice a day. If twice, she has 20 mins in the morning and a longer 1-2hrs in the afternoon. If one nap, usually from 11am-1ish. Bedtime is around 6.30pm.

None of mine have had consistent naps until around 8 months or so x
