natural progesterone cream and vitex

I was wondering if anyone has used natural progesterone cream with vitex.

I have pcos and started taking vitex in January after my miscarriage. My cycles became normal, every 29-30 days, but my luteal phase is only 9-10 days.

I heard natural progesterone cream can lenghten the lp if used after ovulation.

I would try b-6 with the vitex first. B-6 helps lp

I have used both together....not sure if I needed it, but it didn't seem to do any harm. I also suggest the b6 though!

I do take a super b complex vitamin that has 3mg of b6.

Do you think it's better if I just took b6 by itself?

I'm pretty sure the recommended dose for b6 for lengthening luteal phase is 50-100mg...its been a while since I took it!

I posted about it earlier today because it has tons of info on supplements, It says b6 should be 50-100mg and you shouldn't go over 100 (although I kinda remember reading that it was ok to go a bit over 100...like if you were taking 100mg and your prenatal had 3mg...i'm almost positive that is what I did.)
