Hey all! My hubby and I had been ttc#1 for 6 months before I went to a dr, did a lot of tests and I was cleared so we did an SA and came back hubby had 2% morphology. He's done his best to change some things, wear boxers, no laptop on lap, no hot baths or hot tubs. I've finally convinced him to slow down, almost stopping, drinking alcohol. We want to do as much natural things as possible to try and fix this. I've read about Maca, but mostly just says it helps "sperm production". I'm looking for any supplements or secrets you may have, or have heard of?! It's been about 6 weeks since his SA, however just a couple days from no alcohol. I really don't want to keep pushing ttc off. We've kinda taken a break to get him back on track, plus we plan on moving back home to Colorado soon, so we were hoping to see an infertility specialist then, as my OB said that'd be our next step... HELP ME PLEASSSE!!!

My husband had motility problems. Dr put him on fertil pro and said it would take 3 months to kick in. Three months later, no joke, I was pregnant. Ended in miscarriage but at least it got his boys moving. She also said avoid hot tubs n saunas, sleep naked - no briefs,no bikes. Avoid radiation there. Keep his cell out of his pants pocket.

Hi there!

My DH has not had a SA yet but with his weight and sleep-apnea I think there is a big chance that he might have low motility. After doing some research I found that folic acid helps increase sperm count. Not sure how true it is but I figured it couldn't hurt.

There are many foods that contain natural folic acid so you can just look them up and try them out, but for me, I get a supplement for myself (always good to start it before you're pregnant) and so I just get enough to give to DH as well.

Good luck to you and I hope that you get your :bfp: very soon!

Ha, mine is taking folic as well. Coq10. Most of the ingredients that were in. The fertilpro

I've done a lot of research and found a few things he could take, but it just worries me to trust the internet for something's! I read zinc is a big one for morphology, we both take daily vitamins now. He does the men's and I take prenatal. Been doing that for 7 months now. *sigh*
