Just saw vitex mentioned on the thread and just wanted to say I swear by vitex. For two years after my mc i did not ovulate and had 3 periods a year. I discovered vitex in Feb and have ovulated since then. Once on cd38 and then on cd20 last month this next one will be even sooner. Love this stuff!!

Also balanced my hormones, maintained my weight, and cleared my acne.
