Nausea 4dpo..... Could it be from progesterone cream???please help

So i'm here and I've been nauseous all day.. Despite what the ticker says I'am 4dpo.. I'm wondering if the nausea could be from the "Fertile Balance" progesterone cream i've been taking... I'm so confused and I really need some advise..
