I woke up this morning feeling unusually better than I have been the past few weeks.
Since 6weeks I've had nausea and vomiting daily, nauseous all day long, all night. But today nothing.
I'm 8wks2d right now ...and when my symptoms disappeared in my last pregnancy (at about this time) the baby stopped growing and I had a mm/c at 12weeks. :(

Any ladies have m/s disappear at 8 weeks and everything was fine? Just being a bit of a worrywart here, I've never wanted nausea to come back so much!

In my last pregnancy I woke up at 8+5, felt great and panicked. Scan that day was fine( my son was born 7 months later) and the ms returned the next day as bad as ever! Should have enjoyed the day off. It's hard not to worry.

I woke up at 10 weeks with no nausea, a flattened belly, and I'd been bleeding on and off since week five. I went to the ER and the baby was fine, still is. Nausea came back anyway. Things aren't always what they seem.

Very true! I am 13 weeks now, my nausea did end up coming back after that "day off", and came back even harder with a punch at 11weeks!!!!!
Still suffering day by day with ms... Waiting to start enjoying the second trimester!! :)
Thanks for your responses!! xx

I have nausea that will not go away. I'm 15 weeks now and I can't stop puking. It always feels like I have food poisoning.

I say it's more like a 24/7 flu rather than 24hr! Vomiting sucks! I know exactly what you mean and I'm at 13 weeks. Your at 15 and that gives me little hope or anticipation that morning sickness will get better any day now LOL
