Nearly time to stop wtt and actually ttc, but getting scared now!

We've been wtt for a while for #2 and December is the month we are going for it. I'm getting a bit scared now about coping with my ds when I am pregnant and also coping with 2 when he is such hard work! He is 4 now but no bloody easier than when he was 2! Part of the reason I wanted to wait a few years for number 2 was because I thought it would be easier!
I can't imagine how I will manage both, ds is so high maintenance.

Anyone else felt like this but it all turned out Ok?!
