Need advice FAST, Did I miss my window? 21.5mm follicule

I'm scared that I missed my window, Please, please dont read and run My cd 12 ultrasound was yesterday and I had 2 follies one at 14 and one at 21.5, this is my biggest ever, last month cd 12 was only a 16, but my opk today was pretty much non existent and yesterdays was almost there but not quite, I'm worried cause we are suppossed to iui tomorrow ( friday ) but my opks are getting way lighter not darker, Maybe my surge was earlier then cd10???? Thats when I first started testing, I usually dont get a positive opk till cd 15 but this cycle is really early, SHOULD I move my iui to today or am I already out? Please help

If they found a follicle that was 21.5mm, then it will ovulate at any time now. Once a follicle reaches 2cm it is ready, although if you are on meds then they can grow bigger. I had my ultrasound at day 13 and it was 23.5mm, the day after I wenty back and it was gone, I had ovulated.

I just got my trigger shot about 30 minutes ago, will this make my opks positive??, they are sticking with the iui tomorrow

Your surge is a few hours before OV anyway so hopefully you would have been ok x

Were you stimulated? If you were it's common for follicles to grow larger than 25mm so you wouldn't have had a positive opk. The trigger shot will turn the opks andpregnancy tests positive and will make the follicle ovulate. So you should be fine

Mine was 25 mm was given hcg injection to trigger ovulation (my doctor was monitoring me everyday for four days, ultrasound and blood work) and got pregnant on it. so, good luck........................
