I hope we can figure ourselves out at least.
He said he doesn't want kids but the part he fears most is the early years. I don't really want to miss those but I can live without. I just want to be a parent. That leaves possibly adoption as an option.
He would still need to be ready to accept a child into his life and I am not sure he ever will be. And neither is he.
Ultimately I have the slight sensation of being led on. But I do love him and value the connection we have too. So we'll see how this all turns out.
