Need ADVICE PLZ!!

ADVICE PLEASE!!
I'm desperate!

I am young, 21
BUT I began TTC at 18

I didn't worry about not getting pregnant in my first year because I knew I was young. But at 19 1/2 I told my doctor at my annual
appointment, so she said wait six more months and we will start testing from there.

Well Oct, 2012 I found out I was pregnant, 4 days later I mc.

Doctor said to not be too sad because I'd prolly get pregnant fast, well 3 months later I turn 20 my period come's and I was excited
that I would get pregnant. Well I didn't, still haven't.

November I had an HSG, my tube's were open & flowing. I had what they thought was a polyp in my endo lining. So dec I had surgery and it was removed.

Last cycle, Jan. I had my bloodwork to make sure I ovulated. I did!
I also got my period back to my normal 28 day.

SO excited for this current cycle thinking, my body is finally ready. I'm all clear doctor said my body looks great, no problems.

Well af is due in 2 days, I have normal AF symptoms (sore boobs, moody) I took test really late at 11 pm BFP af is due on monday.

Well I know i'm out, I just am really upset I don't understand how being so young I could not get pregnant at all let alone easily.

Thinking about having my hub get a SA. That's my only hope to finding out what our issue conceiving could possibly because I'm healthy, not over weight, I ovulate, I have cycle every month..

Idk if there other things I should question.
I just need advice on the next steps.

I have always had "regular cycles" I range from 26-36 day cycles but almost always they are 27-28 days. I use a clear blue fertility monitor which does say I O most months. However, my labs are NOT normal! I have low estrogen, low progesterone and low cortisol. I also have a tilted cervix and probably endometriosis.

My doctor originally said I Ovulated but she does suspect the quality of O is low due to low estrogen levels.

I'm on 5 and 1/2 years of TTC. We've had no BFP to date.

So I Would look at your labs check everything. Regular cycle in days does not mean you have regular cycles in my opinion. I'm really messed up after being told it's not too bad.

I would definitely check SA to see if that's a factor too.

This cycle we are doing SA and next HSG and talk about hormone therapy (my doctor really wants a lap done before starting HOrmone therapy and surgeon doesn't want to do a lap yet.)

We also see a NaPro doctor. I highly recommend one as they specialize in hormone regulation.

When I had my blood test for progesterone to check for ovulation she said it was high level's which showed I ovulated. So does that mean I'm good on level testing?

I have had VERY painful periods ever since I began trying, first it was a cyst that eventually went away and never came back.

When I had my HSG it was to test if endo was scarring my tubs which it wasn't
I had hysterscopy, dnc, pectocomy. She said everything looked great besides that polyp thing they removed but she said I have partical heart shaped uterus.

I'm really starting to think its my hub, he isn't over weight but eating/drinks terribly. I'm wondering if his sperm aren't in the best of shape. He is going to go to the doctor next week and request a SA. It's time to rule him out so I know if it is for sure me.

I do have lots of scarring all over my body from when my colon was entirely removed, but I doubt since I am ovulating & my ovaries look good, and so does the inside of my uterus I can't imagine there is anything wrong me.

I'm so sorry for your struggle, I can relate with how upsetting it being my 3rd year. Everyone around me is or has had a baby which makes it that much harder.

My nephew is due in 3 weeks I was hoping to be pregnant by then so that they could grow up close but I'm sure its not happening this cycle. AF is due tomorrow.

Did your doctor also test estrogen?
My doctor said it was the estrogen that told her O was off. She said I O but later said i do have a ovulation defect of some sort. Do you use multiple systems? Do they seem to match? Mine never seemed right which helped me realize my dr was right.

Definitely check DH. Eating right is definitely important (I also suspect DH has issues for same reasons.)

I did use opk for a lot of time, and most cycles besides the super high stress one's I would get postive opk's around 14-16th cd.

I thinking I'm going to temp & opk this month to see what result they show.
I gave up opk for the past few months because I was stressing to much over it!

DH has agreed to eat better as of today, hopefully it sticks.
He said he want's a baby more than anything so whatever
it takes. I'm hoping he can get his SA next week!

I don't believe my estrogen has been checked.
I will have to ask about that!

I agree with everything Rhapsodi said. Also, I think you are on the right track with having your hubby undergo a SA. That should have been done first.

Only other pieces of advice is that I would try to see a specialist instead of an OB/GYN if you're able and don't let the doctors dismiss you because of your age.

Yes my ob gave me a referral to a infertility specialist but she said not to go until June. Being's that my surgery could take up to 6 months of healing. But in June I will go infertility isn't covered under my medical so it will be out of pocket but I will be prepared for that as well.

But Hubby goes to doctor tomorrow and we are going to ask for SA lab's

I will not let a doctor tell me know because of my age, it's not there choice if I should wait or not, I will make sure to be very firm on it and if they wont help I'll find one that will!
