I dont know if im posting this in the right place or not but here goes
I purchased a pram for my ds at the beginning of june and had to return to the shop in july as there was a problem with the chassis locking in when it was folded. When i went to pick it up i was told it couldnt be fixed so they had replaced it with a brand new chassis.
8 weeks on and i noticed that this new chassis didnt feel right and was very creaky and noisy when it was pushed or even moved slightly, so i took it back again on thursday past and was told i had to leave it with them. Havent heard anything back from them yet but was wondering does anyone know where i stand in regards to being entitled to something else or not since this isnt the first time i have had to bring it back for repair???
