need advice

ok my story is a tricky one I apologize in advance.
when I conceived my son I received bfn for the first 3 months but had missed periods shortly after he was born I got a very quick bfp with my daughter.....at the time I wasn't ttc and didn't know anything about doing so there for I don't remember if I had any symptoms...

here comes the confusion.
after trying for 3 months with dh I conceived only to loose it this was in july. ever since we have still been trying.
now the last few months I have been checking my cervix before af and its been high and wet the day before af...which confuses me. this month the difference is....
1.dull aching pain in middle of my back
2.severe heart burn almost daily.
3 twinges in both ovaries kinda crampy but not like a period or on one specific side
4.sharp pains in right nipple
5.2 days missed period
6.bfn test
7.mood swings
8.hot cold flashes
9.high cervix but not closed
10. severe hunger whereas im barely hungry maybe once a day
11.oily skin
12 nauseated by scents
13 cant sleep through the night and or oversleep


can I be pregnant or is it in my head I need help

anytime you have unprotected sex you can be pregnant, only a pregnancy test or a doctor can tel you x good luck
