Need advice

I was due the 21st .
I'musually a day or two late.had sex 2 days ago had some light pink on my toilet paper after. I even cramped so I put a tampon in.
Few hours later took it out nothing. Two days later still nothing. Took a test yesterday dollar tree negative.
Could I have conceived late or should I take this as a no?

You could have ovulated really late. I would wait until your atleast a week late x
