Need good vibes today UPDATED

I'm going for my 1st ultrasound today at 3:30. This was our last chance at having a baby. So far all has been great. Beta numbers all came back great. No bleeding some mild cramps but I hear that's normal. Please just say a small prayer for us. Hoping to see a little bean growing and a nice HB!!

Updated!!
We have TWO!! Baby A is measuring good And HB was 127! Baby B is hard to see and a little small with what we think the HB of 108!! I go for my next scan on December 29th.
