Need help as to counting days of cycle

Can anyone tell me when I start counting day 1 of my cycle?? I usually spot for a few days before I start my period. Do I wait until it is normal flow to count as day 1 or do I start counting day 1 the day I spot. Thanks in advance.

didnt want to read and run hun , i usually count from first day of red flow, if it starts later at night i count next morning as day one , hope it helps xx

Dont count the spotting hun. CD1 is the first day of full flow.
