NEED HELP, PLEASE!!!! How often should we hav sex with male factor????

Ok so i am sooooo confused with all the mixed reports i have read online regarding how often to if your partner has a low sperm count.

We have tried everything over the last year, including havin every day to abstaining for 3 days b4 'Ov' day.

I have read its bad to abstain and that alot of men have higher sperm counts if they release every 24 hours or so. Then i read that we should defo abstain. my head is sooo baffled and i never no wot 2 do 2 maximise our chances.

DH has suggested trying 2 ejaculate a couple of times inside me, if he can manage it....sori if tmi, but im not sure if there would be any benefits. Do u think there would b any sperm in a 2nd ejaculate within an hour??

Can anybody give me some advise, i would b very grateful.

The best way is to bd every other day. This is often enough to clear out the dusty ones but far enough apart that he can "restock" and ensure maximum quantities of high quality guys!

hi my dh has a low sperm count and low motility. He was just advised by his urologist the other day that we should be doing the deed 3 times a week, so basically every 2nd day. We too have tried every combination trying to get preggers over the last year. None of which have worked yet!!!! Best of luck to u xxx

Yep, we were told no more than every second day as well. I would definitely not be trying again same day.

Same thing here, tried every combination :laugh: The cycle I got pg, a year ago, we bd cd6 than cd9 evening, and cd10 morning, I oved that day. Now, we tend to bd every 3 days, sometimes 2, but always bd on the day before or of ovulation. I am lucky that I can feel when I am about to ovulate very distinctively, so that helps.
