Need lots of opinions on this name...

Love it :cloud9: Traditional, and a strong name.

Interestingly, the name of Henry VIII's older brother who was named after King Arthur (of the round table) and was set to become one of the most glorious kings in British History.

its very unique especially now days. I'm not too crazy about it, but its Your baby. Best of Luck to you!

Not a name that I would use but I think it's a lovely name.

Personally i don't like the name Arthur... although i do like the idea of using "old man" names for little babies, in general i think that is cute! However, there is absolutely NO NAME that everyone will agree on. Everyone has different tastes... so you need to choose a name that you and your OH love. That's all that really matters!

We were going to have it as a middle name if our l/o had been a boy, after my dh grandad. We got mixed reactions too when we mentioned it, but at the end of the day hun he's your baby and you should name him what you like , and all of my children have middle names after family members, and if I have my way this l/o will be named after both of my nans :winkwink:. I think its a cute name.

Your baby is going to grow into it and everyone who says they don't like it will get used to it when they meet your son. The fact that it's a family name means a lot and I think you should go for it if it's a name you love.

i love it, we were discussing names for if we decide on another lo and arthur is a form fave x
