Need some advice on clomid and cyst

I’m new to posting here but have been reading lots and found it really useful and encouraging. It’s just so nice to know that I’m not the only one in this situation.

A little bit about me: I’m 29 years old and I’ve been ttc for about 18months now. I have a history of not having periods at all, but this isn’t due to PCOS- even though they don’t know what it is due to. My partner’s sperm count is normal. I’ve had two rounds of clomid, one on 50mg and one on 100mg. On my first cycle I was on 50mg Clomid and on CD 12 I had three good follicles, but then didn’t ovulate. On my second cycle I was on 100mg Clomid and when I had a scan on CD 12 they found two very small follicles and one cyst which had several small cysts inside it. It’s now CD 20 and I haven’t ovulated.

The fertility nurse said that it’s normal to have cysts on Clomid and that I should up my dose of Clomid to 150mg. I’m worried because I’m not sure whether this will make the cyst grow? Also, I didn’t have any bleeding after my first round of Clomid and wasn’t given Provera or anything else. Does anyone have any experience with this and when should I take the Clomid if I don’t have any bleeding this month?

Sorry - I don't have any advice as such as I've only just started on my first round of Clomid - just wanted to say hi as I am new to this site too!!!
