need some advice please

My last 5 pregnacies have ended in m/c so I am really freaking out here. I started getting positve pregnancy tests on fri. sept. 27th (very very faint) sat. was a little darker and sunday a little darker. I even did a clear blue digi on sun and it said "pregnant". Monday oct.1st at 13dpo I went and had blood drawn and the results were only at 23. The nurse said that was within normal range though considering a/f wasn't even due for 2 more days. I also did a gold digital frer that same day but it said "no-". I went back 2.5 days later at 16dpo and had blood drawn again. The results came back at 33. Again the nurse said it was still within normal range since a/f was only 1 day late and want me to repeat bloods this thurs. My home tests aren't really getting any darker (not lighter either though) but I did another frer gold digi yesterday and it now says "yes+". My last 3 pregnancies were considered chemicals and never made it past 4 wks. 3days. With this pregnancy I am 5 weeks today and still getting positve tests on every brand I take, they just aren't getting darker. I'm so scared this isn't going to work out because my hcg levels only went up 10 in 2.5 days but I'm now getting a positive on a digi that said "no" 6 days before. Any one have any advice for me whatsoever? I'm just so confused.

it sounds good hon, it has gone beyond where ur chemicals were which is great
my friend in another thread posted a link on preg tests but i cant find it now soz. i cant remember where it is , sorry.
but it said lots but one of the things that it said was dont worry about it not getting darker cos any line is a pos and a preg test doesnt tell u how preg u r , just that u are preg .. it said some are darker than others cos of the amount of dye in the strip and just cos they r same brand , may not have same amount of dye xx

check what level hcg the digi is sensitive to, il bet its prob 100 r so and then u will know it has gone up considerably x
the dearer ones are often not as sensitive congrats on ur preg xxxxxxxxxx

Thank you ladies. I called first response and the customer service lady refused to tell me what senitivity the test is. Good news is my doctors nurse said I can have another beta tomorrow instead of waiting till thurs. and she will put a rush on it to get the results tomorrow afternoon.

I'm so very sorry for your losses.

My only advice is stop taking those tests, they are meant to tell you if you are pregnant or not, you will not get the answers and the peace of mind you need from them they will only make you nervous and stress you out. The doctor on the other hand has all the tools you need to now everything is going well

I'm very glad to know that you can take your beta earlier and I really hope that brings you peace of mind darling

Thank you all. My Betta yesterday at 21 dpo is 85 (up from 33 at 16dpo). It isn't doubling like I thought it was supposed to. The nurse told me it's fine, it's still early and that my progesterone is high and that's good too. I don't understand because from what I read online, thats not a good number but the nurse also told me to stop reading things online lol. Any one have any idea if this number is ok or not?

I dont know for sure honey. But i would *think* your numbers would be in the upper hundreds to thousands by now.. everything I have heard and read says your numbers should increase by at least 60% every 48 hrs...

Thats what I thought to and even said that to the nurse and she just kept saying that I need to quit reading statistics online and relax. Relax? I have lost my last 5 pregnancies, I can't relax *sigh*

oh dawn i hope things go ok for u hon, preg doesnt always go clockwork but can still be viable (horrible word but u know what i mean x) , ive read of people who thought def not right and then baby came on really fast and had growth spurt and was fine, maybe u just caught baby before a growth spurt, fx for u honey, when u goin back, they testin again? xxx

Thank you lilesmom, I hope your right. I'm leaving tomorrow for a girls only vegas trip and won't be back until next thursday night so I won't have another betta until next fri. I'm going to go on my trip and try really hard to relax and not stress about this pregnancy

We found out yesterday that the pregnancy is in my tube and I have to have a methotrexate shot to disolve it. The doctor said we have to wait 2 normal cycles to start trying again. I'm not getting any younger so two mos. seems like forever.

Thanks ladies, liles mom, I'm doing pretty good although today I would have been 12 weeks and would would be telling every one today. I have so much in life to be thankful for though so I'm trying to keep my chin up Just waiting for a/f and ovulation to come back and then we will get back to work lol. Thank you for checking on me
