get a basal body thermometer...take your temp first thing every day at the same time and chart it, (fertilityfriend.com) is free...before O, your temps are on the lower side, after O your temps are higher. So, to know when you O you have to have 3 days in a row of higher temps than usual and usually a temp shift of at least .3 -.4 degrees.
