Hi ladies,

Firstly, big :hugs: to everyone ltttc xxx

Secondly, can anyone help??

I have pcos and had to terminate a pg last march. Before the pg i had regular 35 day cycles. since the pg theyve been all over the place. Had a couple of 60 odd day ones then two 35 day ones and now i havent had 1 since xmas.

I went to docs as i was getting wet fishy cm and she gave me dalacin vaginal cream. Since then ive had really thick glue like cm - sorry if tmi! It looks like dry rubbery glue
At first I thought it was ewcm and got all excited but ive had every day for nearly 3 weeks.

Is this really bad?? Ive changed my doc but appointment isnt til 22nd so want to know whats going on now!!

Also, im trying to lose weight and its just not coming off. WHat should i ask doc for? Ive heard about metformin but others talk about orlistat??? I really am clueless :(

Thanks in advance xx

Hey hun cant say much about the cm problem. Lets just hope your new doctor can sort it out.
As for the weight loss, the olistat are great if you can cope with the runs everytime you eat but they do work. Or you could try the atkins diet hun. I lost 17pound in 2 weeks on it.

Hope this helps. Good luck with everything

hi :hi:

not sure about the cm, hopefully someone on here can help you.

orlistat is a slimming pill i believe, metformin is for if you have pcos and are insulin resistant. definately speak to the doc and see your options!

good luck and keep us updated xxx

i had orlistat for over a yr i lost 4stone it wasnt that bad just need to watch what u eat, also metformin as i have pcos

Dry - stretchy - like rubbery glue cm... I have had that mid-cycle on anovulatory cycles. It may mean you are not ovulating. Never had it for 3 wks straight tho - just mid-cycle.

I get that a lot - I also have pcos and I rarely ovulate. xx
