Need some help.

For a little less than a week I have had sharp pains in my lower back. For 2 days I have had some light cramping in my lower stomach but not like period cramps. And now my nipples hurt really bad but not my whole breasts. I have never had any of these happen to me and I just had my first AF, on 8/9-13, since our mc in July.

I don't know what is going on. According to my fertility apps I don't ovulate until next week. I could've gotten pregnant before AF but since it showed up I am assuming I didn't. Any ideas?

u should take a pregnancy test. I am currently having an mc but for this pregnancy i didn't no iw as pregnant coz i got my period and i was pregnant. so you can check just to be sure.

I think I will but will have to wait since if I were I would only be like a week or 2 right now.

We will still BD every other day for the next week since I am "supposedly" ovulating then.
