Need some Nub Theory guesses

I've always been a good nub theory guesser, but now that it's my own, I want some additional input.

This is baby #3, our natural surprise, with two older brothers that were both conceived via IUI. Similar first trimesters, more vomiting with this one. Baby was not active during the scan.

Thanks everyone! My guess is will see for sure on the 23rd! Just in time for Christmas!! My son where I actually got a good nub shot was a very clear boy, so this time around I am just going to have to wait to be sure for the next scan!
