need to contact inactive member!

ok, without naming names, i bought something off a member on here, needed to let her know when to post, and now she is innactive.

what am i supposed to do?! could i pm a mod and find out if its a forever ban, or tempory ban...if they exist?

i know not supposed to talk about inactive members or communicate, but i really can't afford to have paid for something that i can't get!?

They're banned forever. I suspect I know who it is and she can be found on FB if you have one. I can PM you her name if you like, I'm sure she won't mind if you send a message x
