SQUATS!
Squats are the best exercise to tone legs & bum. Also do lunges, and leg lifts.
Try this:
-3 sets of 12 squats
-3 sets of 20 lunges [10 each side]
-3 sets of 20 leg lifts [10 each side]
(To do leg lifts, get on all 4, lift one leg at a 90 degree angle, and press the sole of your foot to the ceiling.)
Do that, and I promise you'll get a great burn!
