Need Young Mummy Friends.

My pregnancy has had its ups and downs but I feel like people around me friends, family etc are tired of my 'baby talk' I don't have any pregnant friends I can just have general 'baby talk' with and it would be nice to hear about other peoples experiences or what there currently going through! Would be nice to have some friendly advice and just a general talk now and again?

I felt the same way as you. When I got pregnant and had my LO, I lost a lot of my friends and matured really fast so I couldn't really relate to my friends lifestyles anymore. You'll find that once your baby is born, your life and priorities will change too. Have you looked into baby groups around you? I have a good friend whose daughter is the same age as my LO and we are always chatting about their development and what they're up to. I work full-time and go to school part-time, so I don't really have a "social life" but I don't really mind it. I've made a lot of good friends online through Babyandbump that I've been talking to since I joined when I was pregnant and they can all relate to my situation, so it's nice to have the online support.
