    Welcome!
    1. You need a digital basal body temperature thermometer - I got mine off Amazon
    2. Ov calendar - Fertility Friend is the best - you can sign up for free - click on the link to my chart ion my signature if you want - its all very step by step and there are tutorials on the website of how to get started,
    3. Folic acid is essential. I also take a multivitamin.

Its my first time too so some more ladies may come along with some more in depth advice. Good luck and lots of :dust: to you :)

Be sure and get a Basal body thermometer...I got mine at CVS for about $10.00 and make sure it reads to two number past the period.. (ex: 98.11)
When I first decided to start trying I went ahead and started taking a good prenatal vitamin.
You may also want to invest in some OPK's. The charting will only tell you that you have already ovulated, so the OPK's will let you know that you are about to. Then once you chart for a few months, you will probably see a pattern and will know when is the best time to bd.
    Good luck
