Negative test 2 weeks later

Hi, just after some advice.

I found out nearly 3 weeks ago at 11+2 that baby had stopped growing at 7+5

I started bleeding very heavily and had to call an ambulance. At hospital they helped manually remove some of the clots etc and I was allowed home later that day.

That was 16 days ago and I have had 2 negative tests today. Am I now ok to have unprotected sex again? I can't remember the doctors saying anything. I am not expecting to fall pregnant quickly as to be honest, we don't have alot of sex plus my cycles were around 2 months apart before this pregnancy.

What does everyone else tend to do? Wait a cycle or just start trying again straight away?

If no one said anything to you and you passed everything naturally, I would say yes your okay to go ahead as long as you feel ready.
