Has anyone had experience with this? I’m 36+2 today, went for a checkup and had an ultrasound. The amniotic fluid level was a 4 and I guess it’s supposed to be around 10? So now I have to check into the hospital and they told me to plan on delivering at 37 weeks....unless by some miracle the fluid levels go way back up. I’m pretty nervous about this and of course have no idea how this is going to work out with DD as she’s 5 and still in school and activities etc etc. :dohh: Trying to stay positive and not freak out

No experience hun but I did have hardly any water with my 1st, they wasn't worried though, it just meant quite a bloody painful process when they did have to break my water in labour, it was like trying to pop a tiny balloon, just wasn't happening.

Does drinking lots of fluids help build your water up of is that just for people who's waters are slow leaking?

Good luck hun
