never been constipated until now

Omg ladies, I know this sounds crazy but I never experienced constipation in my adult life. This is horrible! What do I do? Would it be smart to take a laxative??

My OB said no to laxatives but said suppositories are ok. My first pregnancy I ate prunes 😨 it was nasty but worked.

I had it too. I found fruit juice and canned peaches worked for me.
