New employer.. new pregnancy

I started my job on the 28th of July, when I was about 7 weeks pregnant. I'm coming up to 12 weeks, when I wanted to tell people, as I had a previous MC. Now I've really got into my job, I'm starting to take on clients (I work as an employability consultant) from the ONE other girl that does the job. I'm absolutely terrified of telling my boss. The clients are just getting to know me as their new consultant and are being handed over to me. But they don't know I'll be leaving them in 6 months time! Anyone been through something similar? Especially in a job similar to this? Please help

I am not pregnant yet but going through ivf so FX. I also nanage projects and interact with clients. Do you know how long yoy will bw taking off as maternity leave? Is the other girl still going to be there or is she leaving? Is there backup to cover when you are off? I think if you know how long you will be off fir and when your leave will start it will make it easier to discuss with your manager.
