New Here, Period question

I haven't had a regular period since Mid September. The week of Nov 16th I spotted once every evening. I didn't even need a panty liner. I also had mild cramping that week. could that have been my period? It was light pink.

I have had negative HPT tests. This past week Dec 7th - 10th, I had the light cramping again, but no spotting. Took a HPT this morning, it was again negative.

Could the spotting in Nov been my period? If so then I am not due for my period until around this weekend.

Thanks for any help. If I haven't started by mid January I am going to the Dr.

hmmm... it is possible although it is EXTREAMELY rare... i'd call a doctor or nurse, tell them what's going on, and get their opinion though. Good luck hun.
