Hi there im new on this site and im 30+3 weeks pregnant with my 4th baby. I have 2 girls (aged 6 & 4) and a boy (aged 2) and im due another little girl. Im 25 and live with my partner of 10 years, Tony.

Its not going too bad thanks Elm, im pretty much housebound and in a wheelchair with SPD but ive got a c-section at 38 weeks so really not long to go now, it can be hard going with 3 other kids but I have a really supportive partner. He has had to quit work to look after me but does a good job LOL.
Shouldnt moan they are so worth it in the end hey

Ohhh, what an amazing picture of your LO - just noticed it! I'm fine, just waiting for a proper bump and some energy to return!

Other people on here have / have had SPD, it sounds horrific x
