Ok, I have been on the BnB for quite sometime now and have enjoyed everyone of the moments on here! But I think I am moving over to the Long Term TTC now as it has been 18 months now and 3 miscarriages.
Well yesterday I went to my 3rd doctor to determine why I keep miscarrying. (The other 2 were idiots!) Well this doctor wanted to get down into finding what was going on with me and why this keeps happening. He wants me to start taking a baby asprin (I forgot to ask why, so if any of you girls know, please tell me?!) and he wants me to start taking progesterone 2 to 3 days after I ovulate. He looked at all of my charts (Which none of the other doctors did) and he said they looked great and my luteal phase was the right length, but he noticed some dips in it and he wanted to add the progesterone to help it so that didn't happen as often. I go in Friday to get a DNC as he thinks that after 3 miscarriages, there may be some scar tissue left in there for the other pregnancies and he wants us to start with a clean slate. I told him to get all the cobwebs out as it has been 16 years since I had my last child  He laughed and was like " Yeah, now you get it!" He was very down to earth and ready to get something done! So I am trying not to get my hopes up as I have done this with the other doctors, but this one did everything he could to make me comfortable and he was talking to me and asking me questions as if he really cared, not just to ask. You know what I mean? I just felt very comfortable with him. When I left, he told me not to worry that hioefully this time next year, he will be delivering my baby.:happydance: So we will see, only time will tell. So that is all about my appt. Good luck ladies and hopefully it won't be too much longer for any of us! Sending out bunches of baby :dust: and

Welcome (but sorry you made it here). I also have suffered three losses. I take Prometrium and Clomid...and I have two kids. :) You can also join us on the secondary infertility-just look at the top of the page.

Thank you girls....... I am going to go peek around in secondary infertility...... JASMAK, were your 2 children conceived on prometrium and clomid?

Sorry about the m/cs. Hope you've found the doc thats right for you
