hi ladie i just got a new job and untill tomorrow i dont know if i will be working full or part time.

but i was woundering what sort of benefits do you get from working full and part time hours.

my friend said something bout a back to work bonus and money for clothes for work is this ture and how much do they give you??

I'm going back to work (on tuesday - eek!) and I'm entitled to £40/wk extra 'in work bonus' because I've been on income support for over 26 weeks. Plus A £250 job grant.

When you know your hours you should google for a housing benefit calculator in your area, then your tax credits and stuff too

wow i forgot all about the £40 a week thats brill i have my induction on tuesday but cant start untill 2 weeks because the childminder ive phoned is on holiday till sunday but my boss said thats better for him.

i cant wait to start my job will also give me £300 for clothes to buy from their store as part of my uniform sounds good to me.

did you get the clothes vouchers my friend mensioned something about money for clothes x

no, no vouchers for clothes. I guess that's what the £250 is for? I start tomorrow, I'm crapping myself!

hi i went to the job centre today and yer you can get vouchers for clothes they gave me £30 better than nowt.

they couldnt do much as i need to go back next tuesday as its a week before i start then. but they did find out that they had been tking £14 off me every week since april becuse i didnt attend a work focus interview when i already told them i was on holiday stuck so i couldnt make it so they said that will be backdated.

good luck with tomorrow i have my induction tomorrow i'm realy looking forward to it altho i dont start untill nother 2 weeks
