New member need help

Hi there, I am new to this forum, i find out about this forum after looking on the internet about my situation. I will appreciate any subjection or if anyone has been in this situation b4 or working as a postwoman while pregnant ur help will be appreciated.

This is my story I find out i am 7weeks pregnant view days ago, just has i received a mail about a job i had applied for as a postwoman, i got the job to start next week. this job is only 3month contract, i need to work to support my family so i dont think i have any choice. my concern is i had 3 miscarriages previously in the last 2years then i was not working.

Is there any one here have any idea on what i can do, should i let my employer know immediately that i am pregnant or keep it from them? can they sack me or tell me to stop coming? is it possible for me to work as a postwoman with early pregnancy? how hard is the job? any help will be appreciated.

Hello there. I suppose the best thing you could do is ask your doctor if he thinks the work would be too much for you or not. I suppose you are on you feet all the time, but I don't think it would have any other problems. Maybe if you did a post in the 1st trimester section you would get more response? GL XXX
