Any new spotters want to vent with me? Was regular my whole entire life until about 4 months ago. Going on my 8th cycle trying....

Not sure! I randomly spot about a week before AF starts now.

I would say get your progesterone checked dear as spotting could be because f that ,
have u had any major lifestyle changes ever since ur cycle changed?

I believe its a sign of low progesterone do u take anything for that?
