Hello My husband and I have been ttc for 68 months. I was diagnosed with mild PCOS and was prescribed metformin. I have had a lap which showed that my uterus and tibes were fine and that I just had slightly ENdo which was removed. I had several rounds of clomid, 3 IUI, 1 ICSI and 1 FET. All of which failed. I discovered in July fertility friend and have been taking my tempaerture every day to find my ovualtion day. About two months ago I was given some clomid by a luck friend who got pregnant out of the bluw and didn't need them anymore. AF was late and when she arrived she was only here for 1 1/2 days. I took a pregnancy test just to make sure and I got a BFN. Next month I took another round of clomid and AF was on time but only lasted a day and a hlaf again and then I had 2 days of spotting. Since then I have felt sick every day on and off, had asensation of pulling in my lower abdomen, backache, MY temps have been up and down and fertility friend said that I ovulated last Tuesday. I am confused. I dont' want to get my hope up as I have been crushed so many times before I can't take anymore heartache. AF is due on Dec 6th. It would be great if I got a BFP as my mom and Dad are coming over to the UK to spend Xmas with me and hubby. FIrst Xmas in 8 years. We are going to try IVF one more time in the new year after we have some NK cell tests done. I am planning on becoming pregnant by Next November.

hey, becareful with un prescribed clomid, it can't be used too many times and the light AF does not sound good to me, I had this and will have a break next cycle from the clomid.

I know you must be very desperate for a baby as we all are on here, I do totally understand why you've taken the clomid but it can have side effects, and sounds like its making you feel very ill.

(((HUGS)))

I would be careful taking something that is not prescribed for you, especially if you are not being monitored with follicle tracking etc.

The light periods suggest a problem which you should be asking your GP to investigate. xx

Thanks for that advice. SOmething else weird has happened, I haven't taken any Clomid this cycle. AF is due Dec 6th, but yesterday on my 38th bday :( i started bleeding (medium to light flwo with clots TMI). But to day I have had nothing. I have experiencing backahe and cramping. Again I don't want to get my hopes up. Any thoughts.
